Signature Waste Services

By merging with Monterey Refuse Service on October 1, 2007, Signature Waste Services is able to provide efficient, customer friendly, and environmentally correct trash removal to residents as well as commercial and industrial clients in Cecil County.

Signature Waste Services, Inc. uniquely offers either house side or curbside waste removal to over 1000 Cecil County, Maryland residents. The customers may choose to have their 96 gallon waste wheelers emptied right from their storage spot by the home and never have to take the trash out to the end of the driveway again! House side removal also means that the customers never have to remember their weekly trash pick-up day either.

The company also offers single stream recycling to their customers. All recyclables may be mixed together in the same recycling bin that is provided by Signature Waste Services for your convenience. The recyclables will then be sent to approved recycling plants such as Blue Mountain Recycling (bluemountainrecycling.com) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where the recovered materials are prepared to be made into new products.

Holiday Schedule 2008

Signature Waste Services observes the following six holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4 th , Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Monterey Refuse Service will be CLOSED on those holidays and there will be no trash removal services. As a result, trash removal will be one day behind for every customer for the remainder of that week.

Signature Waste Services is also proud to have volunteered waste removal services for ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition while building a dream home for a local family in Cecil County, Maryland.
