Monterey Refuse Service, Inc. is a locally owned solid waste removal company providing collection, landfill disposal and recycling services for commercial, industrial and residential customers in 22 boroughs and townships of Southern Chester County and Southeastern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania as well as Cecil County, Maryland.

With our 44 employees and 27 vehicles, Monterey Refuse Service strives to provide consistent, superior customer service. Our sister company, Signature Waste Services, Inc. merged with Monterey Refuse Service in October, 2007 and uniquely offers both house side and curbside waste removal service to over 2200 Cecil County, Maryland homes.

Monterey Refuse and Signature Waste offer single stream recycling at no additional charge. Protecting our environment has never been easier. All recyclable materials can be placed in the same can with no separating required. Simply place your paper, plastic, glass, and metals in the container that we provide and our recycle center does the sorting.
